I find it hard to believe that Hartz didn't know that there was a problem before the E.P.A. intervened. When they tested the products before putting them on the market, they must have known. I suspect that they just didn't care.

It would be nice if some trial lawyers went after Hartz. (Lawyers do come in handy sometimes.) ;)

I agree. In cases like that, lawyers are heroes (moreso if they aren't seeking a 30% fee).

Maybe there should be another word for attorneys who act for the greater good.

There has long been concern over these types of products over here, the only one I will use is the one my vet specifically knows all the chemical information for.
