Dream a Little Dream

The last post was audible but not visual. This one is the opposite. Dreamlines is a trippy Flash application that takes keywords and then renders a "dream" inspired by those keywords using images from the net. It's both beautiful and eerie.

Oh, and by the way, have a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow!

I'm going to be having nightmares for sure after that. I'm going to have to play with it some more later to see if I can find a subject that doesn't scare me.

Happy Thanksgiving. Are you having pastilla for dinner again? :)

Glad to hear it, Tammy. Say Hi to Hubby for me.

Thanks, Michelle!

You have a scary good memory, Melissa. Debbie's coming over for dinner with her beau, and we're making pastilla. Maybe you could enter chocolate and golden-retrievers into Dreamlines. :)

Okay, I tried your suggestions. For chocolate, I got a scary monkey and grafiti saying chocolate.

For Golden Retrievers, I got Goldens that looked squished like a steam roller ran over them.

The pictures are abstract, but that is what I saw. I don't think that I will be playing with that again.

Sorry that I have a scary, good memory. :)

I entered penguins, Grover and ranunculus (my favorite flower). So cool! Thanks for sharing, Dave! :-)

Some of the best words I've ever seen on a computer screen:

"Please wait...
Your dream is loading..."

Very cool.

Mine was lovely.
I could daydream that all day.

That's way better than a dreamer's dictionary!
