While growing up, my family had cats. In addition to the phrases in the "Cat Translation Dictionary"
our cats had a few phrases of their own which are as follows:
mmrrr...(I love rubbing my cheek against yours and licking your face. By the way, did I mention that I just killed and eviscerated a gopher? The guts are next to your foot.)
rowwwl-hsss...(Katrinka stole the rat that I just caught. It is MINE,I say,MINE!)
rrwrrw...( Don't touch me. Did I say that I wanted to be petted?)
prrbbrrb...(I am so happy sprawled across your chest that I simply must give you a love bite on the chin with my razor sharp teeth. If you turn your head I will bite your earlobe instead.)
