Knock, Knock... Who's There?

NASA officials said Tuesday that the Voyager 1 spacecraft is on the verge of penetrating into interstellar space.

Some have speculated that the vast astronomical distances between solar systems is "God's Quarantine", so this news of Voyager leads me to wonder if, at the edge of our solar system, some stealthy alien probe is sitting there watching as we leave the nest, and is alerting its masters, as the black monolith did in 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Bulletins as they break. :)

Well, I guess if we might be expecting visitors, I should clean the house and bake cookies. I wouldn't want any E.T.'s to think that I am a bad hostess. :)

LOL, you crack me up!

Seeing how you've mentioned Star Wars and God in your recent posts, you might like to check out God's blog. He answers a Star Wars related question in his most recent post. LOL

And a completely random comment: On our trip up to San Francisco last week Sean and I took the scenic route back to the East Bay area (to pick up the kids from his Mom's house). We went over the Golden Gate bridge and through Marin county over across the San Rafael bridge, Benicia bridge, etc. On our way through your neck of the woods we passed the GG Ferry and I snapped a pic and waved hello to you! Well, of course you weren't really there and even if you were I wouldn't have been able to recognize you (unless I somehow could see the beady cartoon eyes) but we said hello just the same. :)

Melissa, pass me a cookie, please! ;)
