Monday, June 06, 2005In yet another betrayal of the public trust and breach of personal privacy, Citigroup lost tapes containing personal information on 3.9 million of its customers. I haven't seen anything that claims the information being transported by UPS was encrypted. They ship data by UPS? Unencrypted? This should be a crime.
