I once drove to Alaska and saw glaciers like in the pictures. They are so blue in real life that they look fake.
Wow, just awesome! Cold, but awesome!
Cold, but not as cold as you'd think. It's ice, but the air is just normal temperature for that level, and even when we were walking on the glacier the air was still well above freezing.
I'm going to write again. I am. Really. As soon as I unpack and clean my closet. We've moved to the San Diego area. In one month we sold our home, bought a new one, moved, I set up a home office and I'm now telecommuting. Oh, and yes, I had that darn birthday! Thanks for the good wishes. I'll be back!
