A History of Violence Sucks

Okay, maybe it's just that New Line Productions sucks. I'm not sure who's responsible for the marketing of that movie. Why am I upset? Bad marketing.

I read BoingBoing daily, via their RSS feed. They have ads in their feed. Irritating, but they want to make some bucks. That's understandable. What drives me crazy is their banner ad for the aforementioned movie, not just once a day but over and over again. But again, it's BoingBoing's site, they can do what they want. If it bothered me enough I could just unsubscribe.

Then today, I got spam in my email from New Line Productions (they suck) for the movie A History of Violence. That tipped me over the edge. Unfortunately, I like Maria Bello. I liked her on ER, and in Payback and Coyote Ugly. But I'm not going to watch her in this movie. They spammed me away.
