every problem looks like a nail."
When I was in high school, a buddy of mine got a new watch. He was really pleased with his watch. It had an alarm. It had a lap timer. It had a countdown timer. It had the date. It even told time! He grew so accustomed to checking his watch that if you asked him how his date went, he was likely to look at his watch. It was just force of habit.
Today, Google is the hammer that you reach for first. If you have a question, the odds are that someone else has had that same question. (Sorry, you're just not that creative.) And if someone else had that question, it's probably been answered somewhere Google knows about. I've solved programming problems hundreds of times just by checking Google.
So the next time your buddy asks you a question that they could obviously find via Google, send them here.

Techno freaks like yourself, Gem and Lisa should get great amusement out of it. Poor frustrated souls such as myself suck at it!
