Not pinatas, just full-size, upside-down dummies skiing. :)
Not my birthday, just a festive, kid-friendly atmosphere. Free helium balloons for those who want them. And great food, right on the river.
Wow, that's a spectacular shot of the Deschutes River. Only snow i see is in snowglobes :)
