The Seinfeld Curse
This is the last season of Alias. I love the fact that Sydney's mother is back on the show (Lena Olin, rrroowwwr!), but it still doesn't have the chemistry of the first season. I loved the contrast of professional Sydney and at-home Sydney. I still enjoy the show, but the fact that it's going off the air has soured it a bit for me. I feel like I'm being dumped. And there's no hope for make-up sex. sigh
Grey's Anatomy continues to be a great show. Character-driven. Wonderful storylines. Good acting. Lots of eye candy.
Two and a Half Men is still the funniest TV show ever. Ever. That show makes me laugh out loud over and over, every episode, even re-runs. More laughs in a half hour than any other show has made me laugh. Incredible.
Boston Legal is not only twisted, funny and unpredictable, it offers social commentary that's sadly lacking in the majority of shows today.
We look forward to watching NCIS and The Unit every week. Both are well-written, well-acted and well-produced.
Sadly, the New Adventures of Old Christine just isn't that funny. It's uncomfortable to watch. I hope Julia Louis-Dreyfuss finds a better vehicle for her talents someday, but this show isn't it. Maybe she's just cursed. I miss Elaine.
I think I watch too much TV.

I like working evenings except for one thing, I don't get to watch much TV. I get every other Sunday off, so I get to see every other Grey's Anatomy. I like the characters, although the medical nonsense I try to just ignore. I also like Boston Legal. The legal nonsense I also ignore, but I like the occasional silliness and thought provoking issues.
I think I watch too little tv! I keep hearing about all these great tv series, think "Ooh, I'll look out for that" then 6 months down the line I realiez I've missed far too many episodes so I abandon it. Bah.
Thursday night is my night in front of the tellybox - ER, House and reruns of Frasier. Brilliant.
Dave, thanks for the positive feedback about Two and a Half Men!
Wish that I'd known about this show a long time ago. It's now set up to record automatically (new episodes and re-runs).
Laughter is definitely the best medicine.
Sheesh...I sound like a Reader's Digest advertisement.
