While I'm not a fan of Poetry Slam, I am a fan of gourmet food. What a bummer for Bend. Most people didn't give them a chance for their dinner menu, which I believe to be one of the best in Central Oregon.
If the chefs read this -- please, do Bend a favor, and let people know where you end up! Your menu items were top notch, and I'm sorry to see you go.
Speaking of which, is your place open yet? If not, when? :)
