Bobby Yang Does Kashmir
Those of you who've been reading this blog awhile may remember my mentioning an amazing violinist named Bobby Yang. Recently I heard him perform live on KFOG, a local radio station, playing an incredible rendition of Led Zeppelin's Kashmir. If you like violin, if you like Led Zep, you'll like Yang's Kashmir. If not, there's always Muzak.

I hate that my popup blocker (or something, God knows what) won't let me stream the station. *pouts* I've tried. Many times.

You can get the CD at www.bobbyyang.com. The entire CD is awesome! I saw him at the opening night of the San Francisco Int'l Film Festival. Just great music.
While waiting for the music to download, I decided to clean the kitchen. Of course I forgot about the music until it suddenly came blaring out of the speakers. It startled me and the dogs. Once I recovered, I really loved it. I'm feeling motivated to drag my violin out of the closet and start practicing. Well, not quite, but thank you Dave and anonymous, I have to order the CD and now I know where I can get one.
