I've been to that park in Oslo, and there are tons of those very strange naked people statues.
I wanna go to Oslo! :)
I think some of those artists need to have their medications adjusted.

When my friend, Richard, visited Prague, he took some interesting pictures of The Art of David Cerny.
Of particular interest to technophiles is the statue of the Peeing Men. According to Richard, "While standing in the courtyard, it is possible to send a text message to a number on a plaque and the men will pee your message."
