Deep-Fried What???
Today we went to the Bend Fall Festival, a street fair in downtown Bend featuring arts, crafts, food and music. We spent some time at the One World Taiko show, which I enjoyed immensely.
Connie fell prey to the dark side and purchased something evil. To relieve her of some of this burden, I shared her sin. What is it that will doom us to the eternal depths of purgatory? Deep-fried Snickers bar. Take one Snickers bar, dip in donut batter, impale on a stick and deep-fry. Mm, mm, good!

I once had a piece of fried cheesecake. It was a mistake.
I've never had a fried candy bar, but I have eaten ones that have melted in a hot car. Melted candy bars are not bad at all.
Ever try a deep fried twinkie? (yummm...) I have heard that deep fried oreo's are good too...
I love cheesecake, but the mere thought of deep-fried cheesecake makes my heart want to hide. ;)
They had deep fried Twinkies at the Marin County Fair, but we didn't try any. I'm not that fond of the standard ones, let alone deep-fried. We have, however, partaken of the funnel cakes (and made them at home). Wunnerful!
