Hope I Survive
The place I work is having company meetings this week, and morale building stuff. Tomorrow we play paintball, which I used to do a lot (twenty years ago). Makes me wonder if I'm not getting too old for that. Be fun to shoot people again, though. :)

Hi Shawn!
No need to worry (about that, anyway). I'm basically your everyday computer geek: a desk jockey. I do some hiking, and I take the steps to and from work when I go in, but it's a sedentary occupation.
Yesterday, I was running up and down fields, carrying a paintball gun with a big CO2 canister, in the heat. I just came home and died afterwards.
Today, I'm sore in places I didn't know I had places. But paintball was a blast. I've missed it.
I stopped by your blog at PartTimeMom ... I plan to stop by later and respond to your Truth or Dare. :) Nice to find another North Bay blogger.
