Wife (to cat): I need to wake up before I can feed you.
Cat (me): Why do you think I was stomping on you at 4 o'clock in the morning?

I also do comedy routines with my dogs, but, I supply all of the dialogue. When it's the dog's turn to speak, I use funny, little voices to differentiate them from my funny, little voice. Friends and family are use to this, but if I forget where I am and start doing this in public, people look at me as if I have lost my mind. And, maybe I have. :)
