"Rock breaks scissors. We're doing it at my place!"

That could be the result of a game of rock, scissors, paper that a federal judge ordered two attorneys to play when they couldn't determine where to hold a deposition. Frustrated that the attorneys couldn't agree on even the slightest details of a lawsuit, the judge is forcing them to settle an issue with a childhood game. I love it.

Now if only we could settle more scores in such a manner. Christians and Muslims. Palestinians and Jews. Coke and Pepsi. A few shakes of the hand, and we could have world peace.

A guy can dream, can't he?
