Monday, May 07, 2007Another first today... I finally got the local Steller's Jay to eat out of my hand today. He took a peanut from my hand twice in a row. Next step: Getting him to land on my hand to eat. Woot!

Yeah, Mr. Blue Jay neglected to inform me that I had finally overcome his feathered fussiness. Maybe next time I'll take pictures. :)
