Shopped Nuts
One of the Steller's jays in our backyard will eat out of our hand. Next I'll try to get him to land on the hand.
What's funny is if I put out two or more peanuts on the deck. The jay will pick one up, do a little head-bob and drop it, then pick up the other one, then go back to the first one, until the finest nut is selected. I guess jays like to shop, too.

It does pay to comparison shop.
These guys devastated my grape crop last year (All two vines of it). Bought a roll of bird netting to try this year.
I hope you net more grapes this time. :)
